2. Prepare 1 cup of all-purpose flour.

1. Cut your hot dogs into coins......set to the side......
2. In a large ziploc baggie combine flour, black pepper, salt, garlic powder and paprika........
3. Take your cut up hot dogs and stir into the beaten egg.......
4. Gradually add hot dogs into ziploc bag, shake to evenly coat each hot dog.......
5. Place coated hot dogs onto a baking pan that has been sprayed with olive oil cooking spray......discard ziploc bag......spray tops of hot dogs with the olive oil cooking spray.......
6. Bake in a preheated 425 degree oven for 20 minutes, or until tops are lightly browned......
