  6. You need 1 of flaked almonds.
  7. You need 1 of salad leaves.

Vickys Pears with Mustard Cream Mayonnaise, Gluten, Dairy, Egg & Soy-Free instructions

  1. Brush the pears with the lemon juice to prevent discolouring and lay them on top of the salad leaves, cut side down, on the plate.
  2. Mix the mayo with the mustard and cream. Spread this over each pear half. Add a tsp of boiling water if the mixture is too thick to coat the pears smoothly.
  3. Toast the almonds under the grill until golden, cool, then sprinkle some over the pears.
  4. Chill before serving.
